Assistant Vice Principal - Culture
Graham began his teaching career in Keighley in 2005 where he taught humanities in a large secondary school. During those 10 years, he had a number of both curriculum and pastoral roles. He quickly realised his passion was in supporting the students with their wellbeing and Graham became a member of the Senior Leadership Team focusing on pastoral care, progress and attainment at KS4.
In 2015, Graham moved to Dixons Trinity Academy in Bradford as a Head of Year and worked to ensure that the students were supported pastorally, so that they could climb their mountain to university.
Graham moved to Dixons Trinity Chapeltown in 2019 as Assistant Vice Principal for culture. He is excited by the challenge of working to make Dixons Trinity Chapeltown one of the best schools in the country and ensuring that all students climb their mountain to university, or a real alternative.
