Vice Principal - Culture
After completing teacher training at the university of Warwick in 2002, Pippa began her teaching career teaching in primary schools in central London. She then worked in schools abroad for a number of years, in Egypt and Tanzania, before returning to London to begin work as an inclusion teacher at Harris Boys Academy in Peckham.
She has worked at various secondary schools in London as a middle and senior leader including London Academy, Quintin Kynaston and School 21 where she was Assistant Principal responsible for pastoral, inclusion and pupil progress.
In 2016 Pippa moved up to Leeds and began working as Vice Principal at Dixons Trinity Academy in Bradford, before moving to support Natalie Brookshaw to open Dixons Trinity Chapeltown.
Pippa is passionate about inclusion and supporting all students to achieve their best. She is very proud to be part of the DTC team and is looking forward to seeing the the students develop, to achieve their full potential and go on to lead great lives.
