Why I work at Trinity

What do our staff think about Dixons Trinity?

Nicola, Assistant Principal

"Working at Dixons is great for professional development. I started my teaching career as an NQT, and have recently taken on the role of Assistant Principal!  Working for Dixons allows you to feel part of a  committed, innovative and fun team who are aligned to the mission that all children will succeed at university, thrive in a top job and have a great life."

"As a newly qualified Early Years Teacher, I was eager to see what opportunities were available to start my career.  Having lived in Bradford all my life, I have always wanted to teach Dixons school!  They have such a  strong reputation in Bradford. The ethos of Dixons Music Primary is infectious.

Haleema, Year 1 Teacher

"I signed up for the School Direct Teacher Training and, to my delight, I was assigned my first placement at Dixons. I love working at Dixons – everyone is approachable; the senior leadership team continuously support my career development. I can't imagine teaching anywhere else!"
