Why I work at Trinity

What do our staff think about Dixons Trinity?

Adam, Head of Department

I wanted to become a teacher for one reason: to effect a real, positive, change in the outcomes and lives of the young people I teach. At Dixons Trinity Chapeltown, the relentless focus on accepting nothing less than the best for every single student means that I can see this positive change every day.

I now have the privilege of working with an exceptionally supportive SLT and a dynamic, inspirational, staff body who are unapologetic in their drive towards achieving the mission of ensuring that every student succeeds at university, thrives in a top job and has a great life. It’s a superb place to work.
