COVID-19 Asymptomatic Testing

The purpose of this page is to collect consent for staff and student COVID-19 testing and to record test results (with school and NHS Track and Trace).
After the initial two tests carried out on-site during the first two week of term, home test kits allow students to continue to self-administer tests twice weekly from home. All staff are also able to participate in lateral flow testing at home.
Consent Form for Testing (Required for all students and staff for testing from August 2021)
Record a Lateral Flow Test Result (Dixons Trinity Chapeltown) (This is essential for all test results, positive or negative)
