Rebeca Labella
Assistant Vice Principal and DSL
Rebeca began her teaching career in Bradford, completing her teacher training as a Spanish teacher at Dixons Kings Academy in 2014. Over the past decade, she has built her career within the academy, undertaking a range of leadership positions including head of year and assistant vice principal. During this time, she played a key role in shaping the school’s culture, underpinned by her commitment to fostering strong, purposeful relationships that ensure every student feels supported, valued, and appropriately challenged within a warm-challenge environment.
In 2024, Rebeca joined Dixons Trinity Chapeltown as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). Rebecca brings extensive expertise in student welfare, leadership, and inclusive education, and remains dedicated to promoting safe, respectful, and aspirational environments. Her work continues to have a meaningful impact on students, staff, and the wider community.
