Our academy day
The extended academy day gives students more classroom time to apply their skills and understanding deepening their learning. It also provides opportunities to take part in a wide range of co-curricular electives which enrich and broaden students' cultural literacy.
Primary Phase
Timings of the school day:
- Monday 8.40am – 3.20pm
- Tuesday 8.40am – 3.20pm
- Wednesday 8.40am – 3.20pm
- Thursday 8.40am – 3.20pm
- Friday 8.40am – 3.20pm
We offer a free breakfast club from 8.00am. Students attending must arrive between 8.00am and 8.15am. If you would like to access this provision, places must be booked in advance. If the breakfast club is full, you will be added to the waiting list and contacted when a place becomes available.
We also offer a wide range of staff run extra curricular clubs, which are rotated on a termly basis to ensure lots of students have the opportunity to participate.
Secondary Phase

- Monday 8.20am – 3.30pm
- Tuesday 8.20am – 3.30pm
- Wednesday 8.20am – 3.30pm
- Thursday 8.20am – 3.30pm
- Friday 8.20am – 3.30pm
Extra curricular clubs and intervention run daily, including homework club.
